Installation

• Unscrew the clamp shell: Carefully remove all screws holding the shell together.
• Remove gears: Take out any internal gear mechanisms from inside the tool.
• Remove drill motor: Detach and remove the drill motor completely.
• Fit shell to match air compressor: Modify or adjust the shell to snugly fit your air compressor unit.
• Connect air compressor to terminals: Wire the compressor to the original power terminals inside the shell.
• Connect battery and test: Attach the battery and ensure the compressor activates correctly.
• Screw back shell: Reassemble and screw the shell securely back together.
• Drill 2 holes for bolts: From the backside of the shell, drill two holes to secure the horn mount.
• Install horns mount: Attach the horn mount using two bolts through the drilled holes.
• Connect hose: Run the hose from the compressor to the horns.
• Enjoy your new horn! Test the setup and enjoy your powerful new air horn system.
