We are not responsible for incompatible products due to customer sending us a photo that is not a real photo of their car (e.g., photo from the internet, or a photo of another car, assuming it is the same as theirs). A restocking fee of 30% (on top of other applicable fees) will be charged for compatibility-related exchanges if the photo and/or vehicle information we receive is not correct.
