Akrapovi is excited to introduce the latest innovation from the prestigious performance exhaust brand the Slip-On Line (Titanium) Exhaust System, specifically designed for the new BMW G90 and G99 M5.

Crafted from high-quality, lightweight titanium, this system reduces weight by 31.8%, shedding 6.12 kg compared to the stock exhaust. Developed for models equipped with gasoline particulate filters (GPF), it is fully EC/ECE type-approved, ensuring it is road legal in both the UK and Europe.

Pushing the limits of exhaust technology, Akrapovi engineers have created intricate cast titanium components, including exhaust valve housings and precision-designed collectors, all produced in-house at Akrapovis dedicated titanium foundry. With larger main exhaust tubes and a specialized control kit featuring electronically controlled valves, this system delivers a dynamic sound experience that enhances every driving mode, from refined to sporty.

Tailpipe Options:

The system comes with a choice of tailpipes, available in:

• Hexagonal carbon-fiber/titanium

• Round carbon-fiber/titanium

Both options are equipped with integrated acoustic reflectors that subtly redirect exhaust sounds into the cabin, enhancing the driving experience with an immersive auditory presence.

Performance Improvements:

On Akrapovi’s in-house dyno, the Slip-On Line system showed:

• +5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 2,050 rpm

• +24.3 Nm of torque at 2,050 rpm

Installation:

The system features a straightforward plug-and-play installation, with no need for remapping. However, the stock exhaust will need to be cut, so we recommend reviewing the included instructions carefully before beginning installation.
